Marhaba Fm on behalf of the Muslim communities in an around Accra has for the second time donated food items cloths bags mosquito nets , toiletries soaps, COOKING oil, bottle water and sachet water to the affected victims of the Akosombo spillage in the volta region. This is the second time Marhaba FM and the Muslim community visited Mepe, Bator and Aveyime. The first was on the 6th November 2023 and was received by Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa Member of parliament for North Tongu. The second batch of donation will be going to south tongu in the Volta Region of Ghana. The CEO of mahaba media limited Alhaji Baba Sherriff presented the items to the member of parliament for south Tongu Hon Kobi Woyome on behalf of the affected community in his constituency . The item includes:
1. Rice 24 bags
2. Macroni 10 boxes
3. Bottle water 64
4. Sachet water 50 bags
5. 7 bags of unused cloths
6. 30 pieces of mosquito net
7. 1 sack of powdered soap
8. 1 Garlon of cooking oil
9. Lipton
10. key soaps and pieces of other soaps
11. Toiletries
