President John Dramani Mahama has sworn in the third batch of ministers at a ceremony held at the Jubilee House on January 30, 2025. A total of 14 ministers, who recently received parliamentary approval, took the oath of office, bringing the number of sworn-in ministers to 31 out of the 42 nominated.

The six sector ministers sworn in include:
Dr. Edward Omane Boamah – Minister of Defence
Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah – Minister of Lands and Natural Resources
Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka – Minister of Interior
Naa Momo Lartey – Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection
Gilbert Kenneth Adjei – Minister of Works, Housing, and Water Resources
Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum – Minister of State in Charge of Special Initiatives
Newly Sworn-in Regional Ministers
Eight regional ministers also took the oath of office, including:
James Gunu – Volta Regional Minister
Rita Akosua Awatey – Eastern Regional Minister
John Kwadwo Gyapong – Oti Regional Minister
Linda Obenewaa Akweley Ocloo – Greater Accra Regional Minister
Tia Ibrahim – North East Regional Minister
Dr. Frank Amoakohene – Ashanti Regional Minister
Donatus Akamugri Atanga – Upper East Regional Minister
Ali Adolf John – Northern Regional Minister
This latest swearing-in ceremony moves the government closer to completing its ministerial appointments as President Mahama continues to assemble his team for governance.
