The 1965 year group, the pioneers of the Accra Girls Senior High School together with the Zongo Development Fund have supported the school with a new entry gate.
The project which was completed last year, to mark the school’s 60th anniversary could not be commissioned due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
During the commissioning exercise recently, the headmistress of the Accra Girls Senior High School, Gifty Andoh indicated that the purpose of the new gate is to offer an alternative passage during school programs to ease traffic.
“Today, we are gathered here to commission the product of the dream that was birthed years ago. The donation of this gate will serve as an alternative passage to the school and ease traffic,” she said
